from the department of Telecom. It was a JV between the Hajela’s and Fusion Telecom, A Nasdaq Listed entity. In May 2007 Karuturi group took over the
company and merged its ISP business under Karuturi Networks Limited with Karuturi Telecom.

Karuturi is a Public Limited Company promoted in 1994 by Mr. K. S. Ramakrishna, A young entrepreneur educated in India and US. Karuturi is
listed on the NSE & BSE and has business interests in floriculture, Internet and Software. We became an ISP in the year 2000 after the field was
opened up for private participation in 1999. The group also has business interests in Cable Conductors being one of the largest manufacturers of the same.

Over a period we have developed good premium clientele primarily in the IT and Software Industry. The company is also gone National acquiring an
All India ISP.
