Karuturi's NOC is designed and equipped with the state of art network management and monitoring systems.Our live response tools enable customers to interact real time with our staff for any queries and solutions. We provide our customers with a web interface (URL)to access information related to performance graphs,knowledgebase, tools,etc.

Network:

We are carrier of carriers,we provide carrier neutral services.

Our Network is designed and build with highly scalable redundant bandwidth connections to the Internet over multiple cable systems to ensure reliability and availability. We are peered with tier 1 service providers across the global to ensure redundancy with best paths and minimum latency to destinations across the globe.

Internet Bandwidth & Peering
We have mutiple Autonomus System(AS) numbers to ensure redundancy at AS level. Each POP form multiple providers.

We have multiple STM4 ring last miles to the Internet from each POP's, and this includes multiple redundant last miles from multiple providers.

International Bandwidth

Karuturi Telecom has premium International Connectivity from Tier1 providers we covering following Cable systems:

  • SAFE
  • SEAMEWE4
  • SEAMEWE3 via Europe
  • FLAG
  • TIC & i2i


Local Loop Network
All major providers have their optical STM MUX's installed in our POP's. Internet burstability can easily scale to Gigabit due to provisioning of sufficient bandwidth. This connectivity is available through multiple STM rings from major service operators.

Local Loops Available across POP’s:

  • PGCIL, NCR: IP connectivity on redundant fiber (Multiple STM-1 capacity)
  • Tata Teleservices, (Bangalore, NCR, Hyderabad): TDM connectivity on fiber (Multiple STM-4 capacity)
  • Reliance Infocom (NCR & Bangalore) : IP connectivity and TDM on fiber
  • Airtel (Bangalore, NCR, Hyderabad): TDM connectivity on Fiber (Multiple STM4 Capacity)


Carrier Neutrality
Carrier neutrality provides flexibility to work with multiple carriers providing better geographical spread for connecting customer location to the Karuturi Telecom POP's.

Karuturi Telecom is completely carrier neutral, with local loop and backbone infrastructure from virtually every major last mile provider in the country today.
